Michelle has over 35 years’ experience in mining, exploration, consulting, and the public sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia and was responsible for the development of successful mining projects in Western Australia that are still in operation today.

She was a key player in the team that developed the Northern Gold resource in the Northern Territory.. This was followed by her provision of consulting services to the New Zealand Department of Crown Minerals, where she managed the National Mining Index system and assisted in the implementation of the digital permit system. She then co-founded Kenex, a New Zealand business development company focusing on data integration and digital knowledge transfer using spatial modelling techniques in GIS, and one of Vlahos Geosciences Inc’s close associates.

Michelle is a Perth-based non-executive director providing advice on corporate governance and business management.
